RETURN POLICY

RETURNS :

We understand that not every purchase will work out & returns are sometimes needed! We want you to absolutely love everything you buy and we will do whatever we can to ensure that you are completely satisfied! 

Our Return Policy is as follows:

All eligible returns will be returned to STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE only. We do NOT offer returns to the original method of payment on any purchase made online. 

We DO offer STORE CREDIT to any eligible return postmarked within 30 days of the original delivery date. 

 Items that arrive damaged or defective may be returned by contacting us within 5 days of delivery.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.

Final sale items cannot be returned, even for store credit. Here is a list of final sale items:

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you have received a defective item, please contact us within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.

We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.

The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.

We will email you a return label, and a $5 shipping fee will be deducted from your return store credit. Your store credit will go on to a Gals & Pals e-gift card. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be fully processed once you ship the item back to us.
